Partner Program Terms

These terms govern the Tellr Partner Program (the “Program”) between Tellr and you, the partner. By applying to the Program or registering a deal, you agree to them. A separate written agreement, where one exists, governs where it differs from these terms.

1. Eligibility

• The Program is open to fractional CMOs, agencies, consultants, operators and others who advise mid-market and enterprise marketing teams. You don't need to be a Tellr customer.
• We review every application and reply within 2 business days. We may accept or decline any application at our discretion.
• Commission is paid only on net-new accounts: companies not already in Tellr's pipeline.

2. Deal registration

• Register a company with us before you make the introduction. A registration is locked to you for 90 days, and the window is extended for as long as the deal is active.
• Within 2 business days of a registration we'll tell you whether the account is net-new. If it is already in our pipeline, the registration is not accepted.
• If two partners register the same company, the first accepted registration wins.

3. Commission & payment

• Referral. 10% of first-year contract value. You make the intro, we run the sale.
• Co-sell. Up to 20% of first-year contract value, at the rate agreed in writing when the deal is registered.
• Commission is calculated on revenue Tellr actually collects from the client, net of refunds, credits and taxes, for the client's first 12 months.
• We pay within 30 days of each payment the client makes in that period. If a payment is later refunded, the matching commission may be deducted from future payouts.
• Tellr contracts with and invoices the client directly. You are responsible for your own taxes on commission received.

4. Co-sell definition

A deal is co-sell when you join the demo and at least one follow-up call, and help close. The tier for each deal is agreed in writing when you register it; without that agreement, the Referral rate applies.

5. Fulfillment tier

Under the Fulfillment tier, Tellr delivers Reddit Presence and Content Engine under your agency's brand, at wholesale pricing. Pricing, service levels and branding are set by a separate agreement signed before any work starts. The full Tellr program stays Tellr-branded. To discuss it, write to team@usetellr.com.

6. Restrictions

As a partner you must not:

• Bid on “Tellr” or any variation of the Tellr brand as a keyword in paid search.
• Send unsolicited bulk email or messages, or otherwise spam, in Tellr's name or to promote Tellr.
• Misrepresent Tellr, its services, its pricing or your relationship with Tellr, or make commitments on Tellr's behalf.
• Register companies you have no genuine relationship with or intention to introduce.

Clients you refer must accept Tellr's Acceptable Use policy. We may decline any client that does not fit it.

7. Disclosure

You must disclose your referral relationship with Tellr wherever the law, a platform's rules or a professional obligation to your client requires it, including any obligation to tell a client you advise that you receive a commission.

8. Termination

Either side may leave the Program at any time by written notice. Commission already earned on accepted deals is still paid on the schedule above. We may end your participation immediately, and withhold unpaid commission on affected deals, if you breach these terms.

9. Changes to the program

We may change the Program or these terms. We'll update the date above and, for material changes, tell active partners by email. Changes don't reduce commission on deals already registered and accepted.
